Despite the unstable economic environment and challenges caused by rising fuel prices and supply shortages, Monos Foods JSC successfully achieved 101% of its sales target and 110% of its production target in the third quarter of 2026, while maintaining its targeted profitability.

During the Board meeting, CEO A. Otgondari presented the company’s key achievements, including the successful launch and commencement of production and sales of several new products: Ecos Isotonic Water, two varieties of Craft Tea, and Vitos 500 Immune Support Drink.

In addition, Monos Foods JSC continued strengthening its risk management practices in 2026 in accordance with international standards. As of the third quarter, the company was monitoring 71 risks across seven categories, using probability and impact assessments, and had transitioned its risk register to a digital system.

The Q3 assessment showed that the company's overall risk profile remained stable compared to the first half of the year, while the ratings of three risks had decreased as a result of implemented control measures. The company also highlighted its ongoing efforts to mitigate external risks related to raw material prices and supply disruptions by maintaining adequate inventory and diversifying its supplier base.

Board Member D. Enkhjargal commented:
